Refund support for existing purchases

New GuardFirmReady checkout is disabled. Existing customers who purchased the Security Company License Kit under the displayed 30-day money-back guarantee may request a refund by emailing support@guardfirmready.com from the purchase email within 30 days of purchase.

Include the purchase email and approximate date. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment processor and payment method; provider timing can vary.

For a Pro membership cancellation or disputed recurring charge, contact the same address. We will review the Stripe record and applicable purchase disclosure rather than promise an unverified response or processing time.
