Exact scope
Every rule must identify the jurisdiction, authority, license or credential type, operator population, armed/unarmed scope, and effective or verification date.
Claim-level evidence
Legal, licensing, insurance, employment, safety, use-of-force, background-screening, tax, and financial claims require primary sources placed beside the supported claim.
Qualified review
A named reviewer with relevant credentials and scope must substantively review high-stakes material. An editorial-team byline is not qualified review.
Tools and directories
Every state entry needs a source and verification date. Calculator assumptions need authoritative provenance, valid bounds, test cases, and clear limitations.
Commerce and privacy
A product may be sold only after deliverables, fulfillment, support, privacy, cancellation, refund, email, and Stripe behavior are verified end to end.
